At Welly World Cycle Sdn. Bhd., your satisfaction is our priority. We are the main registered company, with online services managed under Ngo Brother Accessories (M) Sdn. Bhd. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions to ensure a seamless experience.
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You may try items on indoors, but they must not show any signs of use or have been worn outdoors.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for headwear, balaclavas, innerwear, or socks.
How to Return or Exchange (Domestic)
- Contact Us: Email us at accessories@wellyworcycle.com or call +60 12-502 9296 to request a return or exchange. Our team will respond within 1-3 business days with instructions.
- Shipping: Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Pre-Paid Label (Malaysia): Domestic customers may request a pre-paid return label for RM30, which will be deducted from your refund if used.
- Return Processing: Once shipped, email us the tracking details. We will process your return or exchange within 1 business day upon receiving and inspecting the item.
International Purchases

Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business day. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you may expect it to reflect in your account within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Product Inspection and Refund Process
Returned items will be inspected along with the original receipt to verify that they’re in acceptable condition. The packaging must be returned in its original condition, including the shipping container as received. If goods have been used, damaged, or altered, no refund will be issued. Please note that Ngo Brother Accessories (M) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for lost shipments during the return process. Once the condition of the returned products is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 days after confirmation.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are only available if the requested size or color is in stock.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs for domestic customers in such cases.
