Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the placement of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with Ngo Brother Accessories (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the registered entity managing our website), also known as Welly World Cycle Sdn. Bhd. (the primary registered company). By submitting a Pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before placing your Pre-order.

1. Pre-Order Reservation
   When placing a Pre-order for products from Welly World Cycle Sdn. Bhd. (WWC), you will be required to provide accurate personal and billing information, including your address. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and kept up to date. WWC will not be responsible for inaccurate or outdated information that may affect your order. We reserve the right to decline or delay pre-orders to manage product availability. If we decline or delay your Pre-order, you will be notified within two (2) weeks and will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

2. Price & Payment
   The full price of the product will be charged at the time of placing your Pre-order. We accept the following payment methods:

   • Bank Transfers
   • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
   Please note that the purchase price does not include any import duties, taxes, or other governmental fees that may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Pre-Order Priority
   Pre-orders are processed based on the order in which they are received. Your Pre-order position ensures your place in line, but it does not assign a specific product serial number or position in production. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation, your position will be offered to the next customer in line.

4. Delivery Schedule
   We strive to ship Pre-ordered products as soon as possible, but please note that estimated delivery dates are subject to change. WWC does not guarantee shipping by a specific date and is not liable for delays. In the event of a delay, we will notify you with updates on the expected shipping schedule. If you prefer not to wait due to a delay, you may cancel your Pre-order and receive a full refund (without interest).

5. Cancellation
   Both you and WWC reserve the right to cancel the Pre-order for any reason prior to notification that your product is ready for shipment. If you cancel your Pre-order before receiving this notification, you will receive a full refund (without interest). Similarly, if WWC cancels your Pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability
   WWC shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Pre-order agreement. In the event that WWC is found liable, your sole remedy will be a refund of the purchase price paid (without interest).

7. Customer Information
   Any personal information provided during the Pre-order process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on our website for more information about how we handle your personal data.

8. Changes to Terms
   WWC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you of any updates. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy will be to cancel your Pre-order and receive a refund, as described in Section 5.

By placing a Pre-order with Ngo Brother Accessories (M) Sdn. Bhd., also known as Welly World Cycle Sdn. Bhd., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
