  1. Store Pick-Up at WELLY WORLD CYCLE

Self-collection is complimentary, and you will receive a notification via when your order is ready for pick up.  

This option will not be available during online sales campaigns.

How long does it take to ship out items once payment is made? 

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 working days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. 
 

How long does it take to receive my order? 

For orders within Malaysia, the delivery time is about 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times might take up to 14 working days during Public Holidays and Festive periods. 
 

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship within Malaysia. If you do not see your location during checkout, you can email us at accessories@wellyworldcycle.com 
 

How much does it cost to ship my order? 

You can key in your address at the check-out page for accurate costs of shipping.  

 
What do I do when my tracking number is not working? 

You can reach out to us at accessories@wellyworldcycle.com or via WhatsApp with your order number for us to further assist you. 
 

What should I do when my tracking indicates ‘parcel got sent back to the sender’? 

In case you did not manage to receive your item due to a failed delivery, contact us at accessories@wellyworldcycle.com or via WhatsApp to arrange redelivery. Re-shipping fees may apply. 

My tracking number shows that my parcel has already been delivered, but I have not received it yet. 

Contact us immediately at accessories@wellyworldcycle.com or via WhatsApp us and we will assist you with your missing parcel.
